The Madras High Court Judge Has No Time for Dhanush

The Madras High Court finally stayed the proceedings of the paternity case of Tamil young superstar Dhanush as Justice Chokalingam’s tenure in Madurai Bench is going to end on Friday. So, the case is put to rest until another justice takes the place and proceeds with it.

The old couple who claim to be Dhanush’s parents has filed a petition seeking DNA test. But, the Justice had no time to look into the petition and hence asked the couple why they hadn’t filed the petition for DNA test in the beginning. Now, the case would come before the court on 9th March for the next hearing.

Earlier, in the last hearing, Dhanush appeared before the court along with his mother Vijayalakshmi for the identification of the birthmarks mentioned in the transfer certificate produced by the old couple Kathiresan and Meenakshi.
