JD Chakravarthy promises a highly entertaining ride with his upcoming film, Gayapadda Simham, where he shares the screen with Tharun Bhascker, Faria Abdullah. Discussing the intriguing title, Chakravarthy playfully revealed that there are actually three wounded lions in the narrative.
While he and Tharun represent two of them, the identity of the third lion is kept as a suspense that will be unveiled soon. He was full of praise for director Kashyap Srinivas’s sheer confidence. Despite having multiple real-life directors on set, including Chakravarthy himself, Tharun Bhascker, and presenter Pavan Sadineni, Kashyap executed his own vision flawlessly without relying on external inputs.
Chakravarthy noted that while his character is ironically named Brutal Dharma, his actions on screen will naturally generate endless laughs for the audience. He continued to state that while everyone is serious, the situsgins will force people to laugh out loud and he is super confident about the film being a success at the box office.
The veteran actor further shared his practical view that good content will always bring audiences to theaters, regardless of the OTT boom, which is Gayapadda Simham. He stated that the movie has a highly essential and strong core that will connect with audiences like Shiva and Satya. GPS will hit the screens on May 1st, worldwide.
