Threats to Stop Friday Release?

One film that has been in the controversy due to a feud between the makers and hero was ‘Voter‘ starring Manchu Vishnu in the lead. After all that public mudslinging and all that legal notices against the director, the movie is all set to come this Friday.

However, there seem to another controversy in the making according to a report in the Deccan Chronicle. As per that report, the distributors had been allegedly receiving threats against the release of their movie.

The movie ran into troubles when the director made public allegations that Manchu Vishnu threatened him claiming the rights for the story and the script.

Manchu went on to slap legal notices demanding Rs 1.5 for allegedly adopting the story of Mohan Babu’s ‘Assembly Rowdy’. After the high drama, the movie is finally coming but, allegedly with threats. Hmm!
