The last time Chaitanya came up with a commendable and praiseworthy performance was in Majili. Now, he will be hoping to enhance his reputation as an actor with Fidaa.
As for Sekhar Kammula, he registered a box office blockbuster with Fidaa after tasting disappointing results with films like Anamika and Life Is Beautiful. Fidaa provided Sekhar Kammula with substantial box office success when he needed it the most.
Sekhar recently said Love Story is a film that is close to his heart. He is also addressing two relevant social issues in the film. The sensible filmmaker will be looking to emulate Fidaa-esque success, if not a bigger one with Love Story now.
Coming to Sai Pallavi, she shot to fame with Fidaa. Her impressive dancing skills and her spotless portrayal of a dynamic rural Telangana lady struck a chord with the audience. In a way, Sai Pallavi attained a star performer status with Fidaa.
However, Sai Pallavi couldn’t score a credible hit of Fidaa’s magnitude ever since. Barring MCA, which was a commercial success, Sai Pallavi didn’t have any notable hits post the release of Fidaa. With Love Story, which is her second collaboration with Sekhar Kammula after Fidaa, she will be hoping to score a blockbuster and also showcase her acting prowess again.
