Three Disasters Streaming on A Single Day

The advent of OTT Platforms has come as a boon for the Telugu Film Industry. With major platforms like Amazon Prime and Netflix vying for Top Spot and New entrants like Zee5, Alt Balaji, etc trying to enter the Segment, Producers are getting big money for the Digital Rights of their films.

Every film small or big is getting good offers and this has become an additional Revenue for Filmmakers. But then, lack of proper judgment of these OTT Platforms are ensuring that the junk is flooding them.

For instance, three disaster films have come up on Amazon Prime Video on a Single Day i.e., yesterday. Karthikeya’s 90 ML, Sudigali Sudheer’s debut film – Software Sudheer, and Srinivas Reddy’s Bhagyanagara Veedhullo Gammatthu have released on Amazon Prime Video the other day.

However, sources say that only 90 ML was bought for an outright basis and the rest are being screened on Pay Per View Method.
