Five films are clashing at the Box Office this Sankranthi like never before. HanuMan which is clashing with Gunturkaaram and Naa Saami Ranga which is releasing the last are the two films that are facing a theaters crunch.
Saindhav and Eagle producers say they are fine with the theaters’ availability for the kind of targets they have.
Industry Biggies have convened a meeting tomorrow to convince at least one film to back out of the race.
There are rumors that Eagle will back out but Producer TG Vishwaprasad says as of now, they do not have any such plans.
Meanwhile, there are reports that one producer is ready to back out if he is given a solo release on February 9th.
The date is currently booked by Naga Vamsi’s Siddhu Jonnalagadda’s Tillu Square.
But then, it is unlikely that Naga Vamsi will agree to that unless two films will back out and moreover, Gunturkaaram will be benefited only if HanuMan is one of the two films.
HanuMan producers have no option of postponement because of the Hindi release. So, as of today, the stalemate continues.
