Too Many Films Around Dhruva-Challenge For GA

When the film Dhruva, starring Ram Charan was announced the makers planned it to be an August release. However, post the delays in shoot, the release was rescheduled to Dushera.

At the time when the Dushera release was announced it was the only film in contention with another film from Ram, Hyper, arriving a week earlier. Now, as we are getting closer to the festive season more and more films have fixed similar date. Naga Chaitanya’s Premam, Puri Jagannadh’s Ism, Tamannah’s Abhinetri, all are set to arrive in the same one week window.

This certainly was unexpected and was primarily the reason why news started floating about its delay. With every film backed by good production house and distribution, we have to see the kind of effect they can put on Dhruva which is backed by Geetha Arts.
