Top actors swanky property investments

Abhishek Bachan’s huge investment on a swanky apartment costing Rs. 41.14 crores made headlines lately. For this investment he would get a 3785 sq.ft flat which would be made into five bedroom flat with all sides terraces on 37th floor. Abhisehek isn’t the only one who had invested hugely on swanky properties.

Recently Hrithik Roshan bought a flat spending Rs.70 crores and Shahid invested Rs.30 crores for a flat with a garden while Kareena bought a flat for Rs.23.5 crores in Khar (west) area. Another actor Emraan Hashmi too invested Rs.15 crore on a flat in Pali Hill. Some are buying the properties for their personal use and for some these swanky properties are smart investments.

This way, Bollywood actors are choosing investments in such a way that it would be helpful in future and less risky compared to the stock market investments. Really wise!
