Top hero will not promote 100 Cr film?

The latest buzz doing the rounds in the B-town is that the biggest star among the young brigade of Bollywood Ranbir Kapoor may not be promoting his own film in an aggressive manner that he is usually known to do for his films. The reason for this seems to be more personal or at least that is what one is led to believe.

Getting into details, the actor apparently is miffed with the media for asking too many personal questions instead of focusing on what he actually meant to promote. This personal intrusion is not going down well with him and he has conveyed the same to the team of Bombay Velvet. The actor has reportedly requested the makers to take a call on this issue which if continued further would mean him cutting down on the promotions.

Bombay Velvet is the costliest film in the actor’s career. Pegged to be around 100 Cr the film directed by Anurag Kashyap is set in the 60’s of Mumbai. First theatrical trailer of the film would be out anytime now.
