In an interesting turn of events, producer Vivek Kuchibotla of People Media Factory has filed a police complaint against a screenwriter at the Jubilee Hills Police station today.
The screenwriter in question is Rajasimha and he has worked on over 60 films to date. His most prominent work to date is Rudramadevi. He penned the dialogues for the film and more importantly, his work for Allu Arjun’s Gona Ganna Reddy character got acclaim.
It is heard that a clash erupted between Vivek and the writer over a script. In his complaint, Vivek wrote that Rajasimha has been sending abusive and provocative text messages to his family members.
Vivek further mentioned that Rajasimha has been sharing derogatory posts on social media, defaming the producer. He added that the writer shared abusive posts on directors like Raghavendra Rao, YVS Chowdary, Tagore Madhu, and others.
Incidentally, another filmmaker VN Aditya has also filed a case against the said individual. He filed the case at the Banjara Hills police station. He too was allegedly harassed by the writer on FaceBook where the latter shared abusive posts against Aditya.
The police have filed a complaint and Rajasimha will now have to face the legal consequences if found guilty. Rajasimha had earlier directed a film titled “Oka Ammai Thappa” with Sundeep Kishan in the lead role. He had been out of the picture in the recent past and has resurfaced now with this incident.
