Top Star Asks Fans To Show Restraint

One need not explain in detail how vile some fans of the star comment when they hear anything negative about their favourite. It is the same everywhere, but in Southern film industries, one can see this phenomenal at peak level.

Recently a journalist had few not so pleasant words to say about Tamil star Vijay’s film and lo behold, the fans went on a rampage abusing her. Things escalated to such a level that the star finally has to intervene.

Vijay issued a press release stating that fans need to be restrained. Everyone has right to criticize, and one should not pass derogatory remarks on women. It isn’t the first incident, but when a star comes forward and puts a check, surely fans would listen.
