Top star’s wife boon to movie lovers

Wife of Bollywood Superstar Aamir Khan is proving to be a big boon to the upcoming filmmakers across the nation. Kiran Rao a film maker herself who makes art films knowing the difficulties the director’s face has decided to help with screening of such movies.

It is learnt that Kiran Rao along with National Film Development Corporation (NFDC) are setting up a place called FilmBay in Mumbai. It is a place where the art house movies will be screened regularly throughout the year, films which otherwise find very difficult to get takers. FilmBay will also be a place where all the filmmakers will come together to discuss and talk about the movies.

This is a great initiative and one that has been long needed for the directors with such sensibilities feels the critic community unanimously. FilmBay is expected to open from December later in the year.
