Multiplex Chain to Avoid Kabali in Fear of Attacks

With the kind of craze and buzz ‘Kabali’ is getting, no theatre would say no to screening the film. But a multiplex chain in Greater Toronto Area in Canada has decided not to screen superstar Rajinikanth’s movie in its theaters.

The reason are the past incidents in which some unidentified person released something like pepper spray (something with noxious odour) and hence the multiplex chain has decided not to take ‘Kabali’ for releasing in its theatre for fear of attacks.

Naturally, Tamil cinema fans in that area are feeling disappointed for this move of the theatre and they feel that this is a kind of racial discrimination. The fear of pepper spray attacks isn’t a valid reason as no one was hurt when somebody sprayed pepper during the screening of ‘Theri’ in the past.
