Many Risks: Trisha’s Comeback to Tollywood

Noted actress, Trisha is still managing to get some interesting projects even at the age of 38. After a gap of seven years, she is making her Telugu comeback with the web series Brinda.

The shooting of the series is on as of now and for the first time, Trisha will be seen as a cop. By the looks of it, the series will be an investigative thriller and all eyes will be on Trisha’s role and how she portrays it.

Trisha is known for her glamor roles so far and how much will she impress in a serious avatar is the big question. A few snaps of hers in the cop avatar have also gone viral and one can say that Trisha looks, a misfit.

Also, star heroines like Kajal and Tamannah have made their debut on OTT and did serious roles. This did not click due to their glam images and poor content. Only Samantha is the one who found success with Family Man. This puts extra pressure on Trisha to deliver.

Last but not the least, the show will be aired on Sony Liv, a platform that is less known to Telugu people. So, looking at all this, Trisha has a mammoth task to deliver in her comeback. Will she do that or not, let’s wait and watch.
