Trisha’s cricket connection

Southern beauty Trisha Krishnan closely follows cricket and now she has got the golden opportunity to cheer for her home team. This Chennai girl has been chosen the ambassador of the Chennai Rhinos team for the upcoming season of the Celebrity Cricket League, which will be launched on Friday by Sachin Tendulkar.

Apparently, the managers of Chennai Rhinos have been approaching Trisha for the last three years with the same offer but it didn’t get materialized but finally she has been roped in for the fourth season of the tournament. Currently busy shooting for the Kannada remake of Dookudu, Trisha said that she’s extremely happy and since she is a Chennaite, she’s more than happy to support the team.

Chennai Rhinos, which is lead by actor Vishal, has already won the first two edition of CCL, losing out the third one to Karnataka Bulldozers. Salman Khan and Mohan Lal will also play the tournament which is expected to take place in Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Bengaluru and Dubai.
