Trisha’s next a Kamal remake in Murugadoss style?

Director AR Murugadoss is setting new precedence and it looks actress is going to follow it immediately. The director is remaking one of the successful Tamil films in Hindi by changing the main lead from male to female. Yes, it’s the Sonakshi starrer Akira which is remake of Mounaguru.

Now the buzz in Kollywood circles is that actress Trisha is going to follow similar path and take one of the biggest possible challenges imaginable. It is being said that the actress who has agreed to do a film for her manager is actually going to be a remake of an old Kamal Haasan film. Trisha will be enacting the roles played by Kamal Haasan in this remake.

In a bigger market with director like Murugadoss the experiment seems to be viable but will the same hold true in Southern film industries is to be seen.
