Political Party Leaders Met Srikanth to Discuss Biopic?

Elections are very near and the political heat in Telangana is a known thing. In this milieu, looks like, TRS leaders want the biopic on Kalvakuntla Chandrasekhar Rao to come to the theatres and serve the purpose for the sole reason it is being made. According to a report in DC, TRS leaders met actor Srikanth and the director to inquire about the completion and release of the movie.

Obviously, they would want the movie to be released before the elections. The report also claims that TRS has been supposedly funding the movie through the face of the producer of the movie. Clear details about the movie are kept under wraps except the fact that Srikanth is playing KCR but with a different name to avoid Election Commission’s objections as the Election code will not allow campaigning of this kind.

Previously, Srikanth has confirmed that he is playing KCR and portraying the leader’s struggle for Telangana formation until he becomes the Chief Minister of the State. His good friend Uttej is helping Srikanth in mouthing the dialogues in Telangana dialect. Looks like, the biopic on KCR will soon be in the theatres.
