Banjara Hills soon will have TTD temple

In an interesting decision, the Tirumala Tirupati Devastanams (TTD) announced that they have decided on the construction of a grand temple in Hyderabad. This temple would be dedicated to Lord Sri Venkateswara in and is expected to be built on the substantial land owned by the TTD on Road No. 12, Banjara Hills.

This decision was made in a meeting that was presided by the board chairman Krishna Murthy. The temple is going to be built on 3.5 acres and will involve funding worth Rs 13.89 crore. TTD is the richest Hindu endowment body and it is wonder that they are planning on the proposed temple being a magnificent structure with several diverse facilities for the devotees.

Moreover, the TTD trust board, in an additional decision has unanimously decided to also build a Sri Maha Ganapati temple in Hyderabad, adjacent to the proposed Sri Balaji temple.
