Turkish Song borrows tune from our superhit song

When Dhanush’s song was released four years ago, little did the music director expect that it was going to be hummed by a layman to the most classy person across the country and also travel across the globe. ‘Kolavari Di’ almost became like an anthem for youth those days.

The music of the song was so simple that humming the song with confidence isn’t a big deal even for a person who has the least knowledge in music and that’s why it became sensational. Recently ‘Coca-Cola’ released a turkish video song for promotions and needless to say one can easily say that the tune was inspired by Dhanush’s ‘Kolavari Di’.

That shows clearly the universal feel of the song which paved golden way for Dhanush’s Bollywood debut and gave him immense popularity among masses all over the country. Seems, Dhanush’s song did reach differemt parts of the world. Turkish adaptation of Kolavari even though has unintelligible lyrics is enjoyable as the original had been sensationally famous.
