Two Telugu Releases On OTT Same Day

Not a tussle at the silver screen, but two Telugu films are releasing on the OTT platform on the same day. Hero Sushanth’s Ichata Vahanamulu Nilupa Radu and Nithiin’s Maestro are releasing on September 17.

While Sushanth’s film is streaming on Aha Video, Nithiin’s Maestro will stream on Disney+Hotstar. It is worth mentioning that Ichata Vahanamulu Nilupa Radu had its theatrical release on August 27. So after three weeks of its release, it is heading for OTT.

On the other side, Nithiin’s Maestro is a direct-to-OTT release. Despite the film being Andhadhun remake, it carries a decent buzz considering the box-office reception the original received. Starring Nabha Natesh, the music, and the trailer has been interesting.

Meanwhile, Ichata Vahanamulu Nilupa Radu to stream on Aha Video is the second film to stream on the regional platform after the COVID second wave. The first film that got streamed on Aha Video post second wave was SR Kalyanamandapam.
