The thing with the poster is that it is of second rate quality. The digital imagery is of rather poor quality. Periodic dramas are usually expected to have top-notch visuals, and aesthetics are supposed to be the mainstay. But that isn’t the case with Shakuntalam poster.
The CGI used for the background is off-putting. Samantha doesn’t look her usual best in the poster either, which is another major bummer. Shakuntalam is an important film for Samanatha as it will be her first mainstream full-length outing after the divorce.
