Recently a lyrical song, What’s Happening was released in which Sreeleela is imagining romantic things with Ravi Teja. In the video, during one of the lines in the song, the word Nanna (dad) comes and Ravi Teja’s face is flashed.
People on social media are having fun that even the makers of the song are trolling Ravi Teja for the age gap between him and the heroine Sreeleela. They are commenting that their pair looks very odd and the age gap just cannot be ignored.
But people should realize that this fact holds true for all senior heroes and only Ravi Teja shouldn’t be targeted. All the in-demand heroines these days are young and if they are cast opposite senior heroes then the age difference will be definitely evident. But it can’t be helped.
How many in the audience would be excited to see a middle-aged heroine as the romantic interest of the hero in any film? None.
It is unfair and unreasonable to demand Ravi Teja stop acting opposite heroines much younger than his age.
