U.S. Box Office: Moderate Rise, Significant Drop

The crucial and significant first weekend day, Saturday, has concluded, and let’s take a look at how the new releases fared in the U.S.

YSR Congress hyped political propaganda film “Yatra 2” collected a negligible amount of $14K on its first Saturday, bringing the total to $107K.

Ravi Teja’s “Eagle” had a slow start but showed a decent rise in collections, collecting $70K on Saturday, bringing the total to $232,232.

“Laal Salaam,” a Tamil film featuring superstar Rajinikanth in an extended cameo, collected $61K on Saturday, bringing the total to $163,044.

Overall, “Yatra 2” did not show any minimum growth, but the other two films, despite mixed reviews, showed moderate improvement.
