Akhil Akkineni’s Agent is the most promising film in his career thus far. The Surender Reddy directorial features Malayalam superstar Mammootty in an important role. Now, Nagarjuna’s fans have an interesting comment to make in the context of Mammootty.

Recently, Nag took to Twitter to thank Mammootty for being a part of Agent. Incidentally, Mammootty didn’t reply back to this tweet. This left Akkineni fans infuriated.

“Nag thanked Mammootty for Agent. But this so called Mammukka didn’t even respond to this tweet. Please stop elevating people like this Nagarjuna sir. Ilanti vaallaani oorike lepakandi. They aren’t even comparable to you, given the kind of superstardom you saw.” An anguished fan of Nagarjuna commented.

Mammootty’s fans on Twitter are quick to respond. “Mammootty is only active on Instagram. The very reason he did Agent could be because of the respect he has for Nagarjuna sir. Abusing him just for not responding to a tweet is not good,” they say.
