Comedian Refused ‘Lingaa’, But Got ‘2.0’ Offer

Once a star comedian Vadivelu is slowly bouncing back after a two-year long low phase in films. Though he rejected ‘Lingaa’ because he was offered to do only 4-5 scenes in the second half of the film, the comedian turned out to be a lucky guy.

According to the latest news, the veteran comedian was roped in for playing a role in Rajinikanth-Shankar science fiction ‘2.0’. No details of his role are revealed but we can easily understand that his would be an obvious comedy role in the upcoming movie which is said to be the costliest Indian movie ever made.

It has been almost eight years that Vadivelu teamed up with Rajinikanth. Theirs had been a deadly hilarious combination in ‘Chandramukhi’ and a few other films. So, Vadivelu’s inclusion in ‘2.0’ is going to be an added attraction for the Tamil fans of the superstar.
