After a 3 year gap, Powerstar Pawan Kalyan has made a strong comeback with Vakeel Saab. While the film is a remake of the Hindi film Pink, the director has made the necessary changes to the script, keeping in mind Pawan’s image. He has managed to deliver on everything that fans want from Pawan, making Pawan’s fans happy.

Vakeel Saab has crossed the first landmark in the USA, after having collected $500K so far, with Saturday’s pre-sales. However, the major test is ahead for Vakeel Saab, on Saturday and Sunday. The break-even for Vakeel Saab in the USA is $1.2-1.3 million.

Given that many theatres in the USA are only allowing 20-30% occupancy, Saturday and Sunday are going to be very crucial, which will decide the fate of Vakeel Saab in the USA.

As far as the collections in India are concerned, Vakeel Saab is doing well in the Telugu states, despite a few hurdles, especially in AP, where the trade sector is worried due to restrictions. Fans are hoping the movie to go strong beyond the weekend and till its second week since there is no competition.
