Teaser Talk: Promising A Fun-Filled Entertainer

The teaser of Naga Shaurya’s new film Varudu Kavalenu is out. It is a romantic comedy with a mix of family elements. Looking at the teaser, one can say they are right on course to deliver a fun-filled outing.

The short teaser sets up the basic conflict between the lead pair, Naga Shaurya and Ritu Varma, pretty well. It is what the movie seems to be resting on – the lead pair chemistry. And the glimpse does a good job of giving a positive impression.

What stands out within the short duration is the dialogues. They are superb and highlight the fun-quotient. The one at the end is the best of the lot, but everything else also works. The background score adds to the fun mood, and finally, the casting and production values give Varudu Kavalenu a great appeal.

While it works, as usual, for Naga Shaurya playing the lead, Ritu Varma’s characterisation suggests promise. It is not only something different for her but also helps make the conflict stronger. But, it is a mere teaser, and things might be actually different. We have to wait for the trailer to get an accurate picture.
