Hero Varun Tej is going to do a full on commercial movie next, which is confirmed for sure. And it is going to be directed by Gopichand Malineni, this too has been buzzing for some time. But there is a new development in this combination that has caught everyone’s attention.

For the past few days there has been tremendous buzz in the industry that Varun Tej would be taking up the much hyped Kaththi remake under Malineni’s direction. The interest generated was so much that it finally reached the actor and he categorically denied doing it.

However sources say the actor could be just hiding the fact right now as nothing is official and waiting for things to be official. The fact that his name has been taken in Kaththi remake suggests that talks are underway. His denial could therefore be linked to the jinx Kaththi remake has been attached to. Whatever be the final decision, expect it to be made official in coming days.
