Varun Tej – Here’s Why A Retrospection Is Needed Despite BB!

The fate of a movie star changes every Friday (usually when the movie releases) and for an upcoming and emerging star, it becomes even more critical. This past weekend has been one such weekend which has proved to be lucky for Varun Tej.

Son of actor Nagababu, brother of Megastar Chiranjeevi, Varun Tej burst on to the scene with Tholi Prema and Antariksham 9000 KMPH followed Fidaa expectations among Mega fans. The actor on his part has been making “difficult” choices, but well within the commercial terrain. Some of those backfired and put him in a difficult situation before Fidaa happened. It was a lucky break to him, but the entire credit was taken away by Sai Pallavi, the heroine of the flick.

Fidaa was followed by Tholi Prema and Antariksham 9000 KMPH. The former was a success, and the latter was a failure whose lack of commercial success wasn’t really a worry. But, there was apprehension created regarding Varun’s acting.

And just like that F2 has come Varun’s way which has again put his recent failure and criticism aside. Much like Fidaa, here it is a Venkatesh show. But, it doesn’t matter for now as a huge blockbuster is on the cards and Varun Tej is going to gain out of it. His next couple of movies will be fine.

However, we hope the actor keeps an eye on his “act” and shows the difference and makes progress in that aspect. There is a need of introspection, otherwise, even with these huge successes all of a sudden with some not so successful flick’s he might be looking clueless. We have seen this happen very recently with other young upcoming stars. Here’s hoping that is not repeated.
