Guru Arrives On Odd Day?

One would have thought after all the delay the makers of Guru would bring the film with perfect planning and arrive on proper release date but that doesn’t look to be the case.

Venkatesh starrer Guru which was initially planned to release on Republic Day was postponed to summer unexpectedly. April 7 was the date in circulation but now one hears that it might come early on a weekday. It is officially yet to be confirmed but it looks like almost finalized as few more movies are slated to arrive on April 7.

Given Venkatesh’s current state as a star, this move could potentially backfire if there is a no strong word of mouth. If makers take a mid-week release, it would mean they are confident of the talk. Let us see what the approach will be like but in the meantime, we get a look at new song sung by Venkatesh tomorrow.
