Vennela Kishore, What’s Going On?

Vennela Kishore has bagged an envious offer to feature alongside Kamal Haasan in Shankar’s directorial, the sequel for the blockbuster ‘Bharatheeyudu’ with the title ‘Indian 2’. This character will appear throughout the length of the movie. Along with the Telugu version, the star comedian will appear in the language versions of ‘Indian 2’, as well.

The comedian has been consistently appearing in almost all the movies, recently. But, his last role that was really hilarious was in ‘Chi La Sow’. However, we can clearly see that the directors of several movies had failed to use his potential and the result is seen in ‘DevaDas’ and ‘Amar Akbar Anthony’ where his characters were poorly written and executed.

Meanwhile, he has got a biggie to star opposite the Universal star, Kamal Haasan. Hope, the makers of this movie use his full potential and give him a memorable role for the talented actor rather than offering dumb roles. The actor has already mentioned in one of his previous interviews that he can’t generate fun making but can get into his character with his sense of humour and generate situational comedy.
