Very Hefty Target For Ram’s The Warriorr

Ram Pothineni’s The Warriorr is set for theatrical release in a few hours from now. Now, the discussion is about the theatrical business of the film.

The Warriorr has reportedly done pre-release business of Rs 45 crores. The film will have to collect as much money if it is to deemed a profitable venture for those involved.

Ram’s career best figure till now is with Ismart Shankar which made around Rs 37 crores.

Now that The Warriorr has done Rs 45 crores business, it will have to better Ram’s career best tally by a fair margin if it is to yield profits to the buyers. This is indeed a very stiff target.

Due to heavy rains in the Telugu states and the high ticket prices in Nizam, the openings aren’t on the desired level.

However, the makers are confident that the film has what it takes to pull the masses in big numbers. They are hoping that Warriorr, being a mass film, will register good walk-ins and post good opening revenues in the Telugu states.

Thanks to a couple of good songs, and a decent trailer, The Warriorr is riding high on buzz. The industry is hoping that the Ram starrer will be the next film that makes it big at the box office.
