Veteran Filmmaker Calls Three Capitals Idea Foolish

Veteran Filmmaker, Tammareddy Bhardwaja called the three capitals idea of Jagan Mohan Reddy as Foolish. “Development Decentralization is needed but Government Decentralization is foolish. Shifting of Capital will make no sense because it does not create new jobs,” he said.

“Instead Jagan should have concentrated on Coastal Corridor which will develop Uttarandhra and Godavari Districts. Chandrababu could not do that and Jagan should focus on it. Shifting Capital to Vishakapatnam will only congest the city and it will also trouble the employees and their children in moving out of Amaravati,” he added.

Interestingly, Tammareddy may be the only one from the film industry to respond to this issue. Most of them are playing a safe game so as not to irk the Government. Even though people like Prudhvi and others are responding, they belong to the Ruling Party.
