Vijay Deverakonda Different From Characters He Play

Vijay Deverakonda will be seen in his maiden pan-India film, Liger. His co-star Ananya Panday has now revealed an interesting quality about Deverakonda. When asked about her work experience with Deverakonda, she dubbed the actor quite opposite of the characters he plays in real life.

“I loved Arjun Reddy, but I actually find him very different from the characters he plays. He comes across as a very shy, quiet, and endearing person. Apart from being a great co-star, I am thankful to him and everyone for making me so comfortable on the sets,” says Ananya.

The actress further raises the hype on Liger saying that the film is a pucca out-and-out entertainer which has all the commercial elements and genres in it. She dubs that Liger will be paisa vasool for the audience.

Speaking about the film, it was announced in 2019 but due to the pandemic, it was delayed. Backed by Karan Johar as one of the co-producers, the film is slated for release on August 25, 2022.
