Speaking at “The Family Star” pre-release event, Vijay said, “Making a 200 crore statement is not incorrect, but failing to deliver is my mistake. I still dream for it. When others can become stars, can’t we become stars? When others are delivering 200 crores, can’t we deliver?” he asked in a Family Star dialog, rhyming.
Vijay also exuded immense confidence in director Parasuram Petla to deliver a successful film.
Parasuram too said, “People will say, once ‘The Family Star’ releases, people will say before Vijay and after Vijay.”
