Vijay Deverakonda – The Representation of Telangana in TFI

For several decades, there is a lack of stardom in the Film Industry from Telangana. We have seen some heroes come from the region but they did not rise to the level of stars or the Superstars. This star consciousness has become more ever since the Telangana state is attained.

And it looks like Vijay Deverakonda fits the bill. The other day, Telangana Government released an awareness video about Coronavirus scare. It has Vijay Deverakonda telling the people what to do and what not to do to prevent the infection and community spreading.

It looks like Telangana Government identifies Vijay Deverakonda as the representation of the state in the industry. The Government could have easily roped in some Superstars for this video but they consciously chose Deverakonda for obvious reasons.

Those who have watched Vijay’s World Famous Lover recently, they may not have missed the actor reading only Namasthe Telangana in the movie.
