Big budget film gets clean ‘U’

Next in the line, advertised as beyond 100 Crore budget movie Vijay’s Puli has completed it’s censor formalities today. Puli has been granted clean ‘U’ certificate with few minor cuts. This clean ‘U’ censor certificate is very critical for the makers as they are now qualified to get 30% tax exemption due to the censor certificate in hand.

The fantasy-adventure genre from a big star created good buzz but the VFX work from the promotional footage released so far left with mixed response.

Puli comes with loads of star cast like Vijay, Shruthi Haasan, Sridevi, Sudeep, Hansika and few other well known stars. Tamil and Telugu versions will hit screens on 1st October. Puli’s Bollywood release date is yet to be confirmed.
