None of the reviews gave the movie less than four-star ratings to today’s Tamil release ‘Vikram Vedha‘ starring Madhavan and Vijay Sethupathy in the lead. By the virtue of its content, the movie is receiving immense critical acclaim.

Madhavan as the protagonist and Vijay Sethupathy as the antagonist are showered with praises for the way their seasoned performances won half the match. The concept of the movie based on the concept of the age-old Vikram-Bethal stories is said to be marvellous.

Especially the directors’ duo, Pushkar and Gayathri were lauded for the way they had come up with an engaging intelligent cop drama, a movie that has the potential to elevate the tastes of the audiences.

Such films are very rare nowadays and sensible filmmakers like Pushkar-Gayathri are the need of the hour who respect the audiences. ‘Vikram Vedha’ is surely going to attract the other film industries for a potential remake.
