Vikrant Rona Locks OTT Streaming Platform

Kannada superstar Kichcha Sudeepa’s Vikrant Rona released in theaters. The film has opened to decent reviews and it is expected to do well in the Kannada market over the weekend.

As for the post theatrical digital streaming, Vikrant Rona’s OTT rights are apparently held by ZEE5.

Apparently, ZEE5 has shelled out a fancy price for the OTT rights of Vikrant Rona, which happens to be one of the premier outings from Kannada cinema in recent times.

ZEE5 hasn’t yet confirmed it though. If that really is the case, we can expect the Sudeep starrer to premiere on ZEE5 in the next 4-8 weeks based in the box office performance of the film.

The film is billed to be a horror actioner, as suggested in the trailer. It is directed by Anup Bhandara.

Vikrant Rona got a pan-India release today. It is one of the costlier films in Kannada cinema and the stakes are high on the same.
