IT Signature Tower in two phases!

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, the man behind Hyderabad’s IT fortunes is planning to come up with a 10-storeyed Signature Tower there. American property firm Jones Long LaSalle (LSS) was appointed as a project consultant.

The Signature Tower will be constructed in two phases with an investment of 290 Crore and will be executed in Public Private Partnership mode. 17.98 acres were earmarked for the project, eight acres will be allotted for the first phase.

The developer will develop 9,05,292 sq. ft. of the built-up area with a provision for parking of 1,350 cars. These towers will have support facilities for IT and ITES units such as hospitality,retail, and recreation.
