Chiru’s Signature Step With Sridevi

The makers of Chiranjeevi’s Waltair Veerayya have amped up the promotional campaign as the film heads for release on the 13th of January. Today, the second song from the album was unveiled.

The song is titled Sridevi and it has Chiru and Shruti Haasan in a joyful mood. The visuals look good as we see the efforts of the unit, filming in picturesque snowy mountain ranges of France.

DSP’s tune and composition are peppy. The hummable tune could help the cause. The vocals of Jasprit Jazz suit the theme.

There’s a signature dance move of Chiru with a mouth organ and this should please his fans to a good extent. DSP and Chiru have a rich history of delivering good peppy songs and they appear to be in full flow.

But the song might take some time to grow on the listeners. It could gain increased acceptance over time.

Waltair Veerayya is up for release on the 13th and more promotional material will be out in the days to follow. The pre-release event will be held in the first week of January.

The Bobby directorial is produced by Mythri Movie Makers. Chiru’s fans are hoping this will be the film that taps into vintage Chiranjeevi.
