Wanted – a powerful title for the Superstar

Within few days after the project was started the rumors around the title of the film upcoming Superstar film was that it has been named Magadu. The director promptly denied it later.

As soon as Magadu was out of the picture gossip mongers started spreading a new title for the film called Srimanthudu. This time however no one denied it or discredited it and this title gained prominence a lot what with many assuming it to be the official title of the film, up until now. However things seem to have taken a U-turn again.

Sources from the unit say that the unit wanted a more powerful title for the film justifying the presence of Superstar. This led to the resurfacing of the initial title and newfound confusion. Now the makers have officially announced that an official title of the film would be released on May 31 along with the first look and teaser of the film.
