Weekend Wrap-Up: One Film Dominates Massively

The weekend is over, and we have the numbers, which are considered a massive boost for Hollywood after a long time.

The first weekend domestic (USA) numbers combining Barbie and Christopher Nolan’s Oppenheimer are massive.

Barbie dominates in a one-way mass domination, highly appealing to a major section from kids to families. Nolan’s Oppenheimer is already a blockbuster, with a budget of around $100 million. The first weekend worldwide gross is around $175+ million.

When it comes to the Telugu box office, it’s almost a wrap for Baby, a mini sensation at the U.S. box office, grossing $537,917 so far.

Other releases have struggled: #HIDIMBHA: $43,252, #AnnapurnaPhotoStudio: $3,939.
