What brought Suriya and Jyothika recently to Hyderabad?

Actor Suriya along with his wife Jyothika paid a visit to Hyderabad recently to attend the wedding of Brahmaji’s son. If you’re wondering how does Brahmaji, who predominantly acts in Telugu films, manage to bring Tamil actor Suriya and his wife to his son’s wedding, especially when Suriya and Brahmaji have not even worked together ever.

Apparently, Brahmaji and Jyothika became good friends on the sets of Telugu film Bhadra, and when the film was remade in Tamil with Simbu, the latter essayed the same role in Tamil as well. While shooting in Chennai, Brahmaji had also become good friends with Suriya. They had also become good friends during the shooting of Telugu film Shock too. Therefore, when Brahmaji had invited Suriya and Jyothika for the wedding, the couple couldn’t find reasons not to attend.

Suriya, who was shooting in Bombay, made it a point to attend the wedding with his wife. Jyothika, on the other hand, returned to Hyderabad almost after five years.
