What Pawan Kalyan’s support means to Naidu?

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu who is under severe stress for the last few days is very much relieved by the unexpected support from Pawan Kalyan. Naidu’s term as AP Chief Minister is patchy all the way. Besides fighting bad finances, he had to fight with the government in Telangana as well.

Naidu had almost decimated opposition in Andhra Pradesh and thought he had all the time for development with no need of politics. But KCR had been trying to divert Naidu by taking on TDP in the new state. TDP was forced to the Cash for Vote scam. With usual numbers, TDP should easily win an MLC seat but KCR’s Akarsha forced them in to negotiations and then in to neck deep troubles.

Adding to that, Cross Border Friendships only singled out Naidu in this Padmavyooham. When he is fighting a lone battle, Pawan Kalyan lent his moral support to the TDP Chief. Even though he is criticized for being late to respond on this issue, he had decided to stand by Naidu in the crisis. This is the first ‘outside’ support to Naidu and he will remember it for a very long time.
