What to Watch: Passable Investigative Thriller

India is on the 30th day of nationwide Lockdown. According to the deadline set by Prime Minister, we have ten more days to go and as per the Telangana Government, we need to stay indoors for fourteen days more. Here is one more recommendation to kill your time in this Lockdown.

Kannada film, Birbal is out on Amazon Prime Video and will make a decent watch. It is an investigative thriller. A lawyer digs into an eight-year-old murder case and proves his client to be innocent. The major drawbacks are the movie feels lengthy at times and over-smart.

But that does not damage the film. It is a decent attempt and is easily passable. It could have been more engaging if the director managed to keep the length under check. Head to Amazon Prime to watch this film directed and starred by MG Srinivas.
