What will Pawan Kalyan’s Capital villages tour mean?

Pawan Kalyan had announced to wave the red flag against the ruling government as it gears up to unleash the land acquisition in the capital villages. The government managed to collect 31000 acres under the land pooling and now it is targeting the left over 2200 acres through land acquisition.

Pawan Kalyan’s tour is likely to be of no use to the reluctant farmers as the government is well within the legal frame work to acquire the lands under the land acquisition act. It is imminent that the government can not go back on the capital plans with the very small percentage of farmers opposing them.

But this tour is likely to help Pawan Kalyan politically as he is going in to the people. If he is serious about politics and continue to be in public sphere. He can fill in the opposition void in Andhra Pradesh politics. But this process may only delay the capital constructions. The farmers who gave away more than 31000 acres in the land pooling will have to wait more time for their share of developed lands from the government.
