It has a quote related to ‘drunken monkey’ that Telugu people would connect instantaneously too. Now he made a little change to it which is also what the image is about, it has a ‘drunken monkey’ with a mike in his hand. So was the star making fun of a personality indirectly considering the recent events? Hint, a recently concluded audio launch!

In the past too, the actor had openly criticized a prominent personality and also made gestured remarks at media itself during an audio function. It was due to that remark that he is still hounded by the media which is looking at every little move made by him to criticize.
