It is a matter of time before Tamil Hero Thalapathy Vijay takes charge as the new chief minister of Tamil Nadu as his TVK is already the biggest party in the state and will form an alliance to secure require seats to constitute the government.

Why it might be a great thing for his fans to witness Vijay, leaving the cinema industry to gain ultimate glory, and become the chief minister of Tamil Nadu much quicker than earlier anticipated.

But what this would also essentially mean is that Vijay is going to leave a big void in the Tamil film industry. He was the undisputed number one in the Tamil industry for the last few years, and this was largely due to his ability to sign young director and make quality films.

Vijay is the most consistent Hero in Tamil cinema, and it has been the case for a long time now. He was a part of many quality films that were a result of his persistence to work with talented people like Lokesh Kanagaraj, and Anirudh Ravichander.

And now, Vijay is out of the cinema race due to the political outcome and him being on track to become the chief minister, there’s the void for someone to replace his position in the film industry.

This is going to be a pretty significant void to fill. We have the likes of Sivakarthikeyan, Karthi, and others. This young Pradeep Ranganathan is also a decent prospect but his commercial appeal is limited.

We must patiently wait and see which talented young Tamil hero will gain the needed commercial recognition to claim the top chair in Tamil cinema.
