Why Kamal’s films are ready but not coming?

The present young heroes who are ruling the film industry at present are having just one or two releases every year. Only a few of them are making the second release possible in a year. But for senior ace actor Kamal Haasan, three of his films are ready to hit theatres very soon. The post production work of these three movies is almost complete.

‘Vishwaroopam 2’, ‘Uttama Villain’ and ‘Paapanaasam’ are the three Kamal films which are ready. Inspite of three completed films in hand, the release of these films is delayed indefinitely. The reason behind is simple. In December, Kamal films got delayed to make way for Rajnikanth’s ‘Lingaa’. In January Shankar’s ‘I’ may become the reason for the postponement of Kamal’s film because ‘Vishwaroopam 2’ is produced by Aaskar Ravichandran, the same man who produced ‘I’.

So, ‘Vishwaroopam 2’ and ‘Uttama Villain’ release date is in ambiguity while ‘Paapanaasam’ makers are sure to release the film in March, 2015. Though ‘Vishwaroopam 2’ is the first movie to complete shooting followed by ‘Uttama Villain’ and ‘Paapanaasam’, the release of the films might happen in the reverse; first ‘Paapanaasam’, second ‘ Uttama Villain’ and third ‘Vishwaroopam 2’. Anyway, 2015 is going to be Kamal’s year with three consecutive releases.
